CLASS RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY

Happy Baby Social Nest reserves the right to cancel classes in case of emergencies or due to weather conditions.

Please note that classes at Happy Baby Social Nest may be rescheduled if there are three or fewer enrolled participants. This policy ensures a minimum class size of four for optimal group dynamics and interaction. If a class is rescheduled, our no refund policy applies. We will promptly contact you to arrange a new class date and time if possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

By participating in Happy Baby Social Nest classes, I affirm that both myself and the attending child are in good physical and health conditions that allow us to participate. I understand that I am participating at my own risk, and Happy Baby Social Nest cannot be held responsible for any prior or sustained injuries during class. Rest assured that all equipment is sanitized after each class.

Media Release:

I grant Happy Baby Social Nest, its representatives, and employees the right to capture photographs and videos of me and my child. I authorize Happy Baby Social Nest, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish these materials in print and/or electronically without any compensation.

COVID-19 Mitigation Policy and Waiver:

In consideration of my participation in this activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Self-Screening:

To protect our community from illness, I will not attend class if (1) anyone in my household has COVID or has had close contact with someone who has COVID, or (2) in the last 24 hours, my child or I have experienced any of the following symptoms: fever, congestion/runny nose, headache, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, fatigue and muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, or nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. I will refrain from attending programs until I have received a negative COVID test, an alternative diagnosis from a doctor, or 10 days have passed since symptom onset.

I fully and personally take responsibility for my own safety and actions during my participation. I acknowledge that I may be at risk of contracting COVID-19. With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Happy Baby Social Nest, its board, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities, which may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happy Baby Social Nest from any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, liabilities, or claims arising directly or indirectly from or related to any claims made by or against any of the released parties due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.

I understand that this policy may be updated during the course of the class series in adherence to public health guidelines.

No Refunds, No Exceptions:
